About
Welcome! I am a queer-identified, trauma-trained therapist who works with individuals and couples. Wherever you have found yourself today, whether this be the beginnings of a journey, or a return, I warmly invite you in. I draw primarily on psychodynamic work, trauma therapies, parts works and somatics (body-oriented therapy) to support clients in their healing. These approaches can be helpful for those seeking support in the following areas: complex trauma and PTSD; grief, anger and rage; relationship challenges (romantic, familial, etc); intergenerational trauma; "coming out;" anxiety and others.
My approach is integrative, intentionally pulling from various modalities to find what lands for your journey. I use an anti-oppressive lens that recognizes the ways systems of oppression continue to impact us individually, relationally, collectively and intergenerationally. Based on client interest, I also integrate arts-based work and movement.
I strive to create a deeply compassionate, soft landing where radical honesty, nuance and growth feel possible. I work with folks from all walks of life, collaborating to build a therapeutic approach that feels meaningful. I welcome you to reach out for a consultation to explore the possibility of working together.
