Welcome! I am a queer-identified, trauma-trained therapist who works with individuals and couples. My primary areas of focus include: relationship challenges, whether they be romantic, platonic, or familial; anxiety; and the impacts of trauma. My approach integrates parts work, attachment-based approaches and somatic practices. Where there is interest, I offer creative exploratory practices. This work often involves gently and compassionately unpacking past and present woundings, understanding survival mechanisms (ie., people-pleasing, avoidance, shutting down), deepening self-awareness and carving out a new path forward.
I am passionate about honouring the wisdom that so many already walk with, while also supporting you in nurturing new ways of being that feel more self-loving, aligned and even liberating. I am especially experienced in supporting first/second generation immigrants, 2SLGBTQ+ peoples, BIPOC and interracial couples.
I strive to create a deeply compassionate, soft landing where radical honesty, nuance and growth feel possible. I work with folks from all walks of life (including those with non-normative family and relationship structures), collaborating to build a therapeutic approach that feels meaningful.
