I foster a welcoming space for people from all walks of life, find delight in diversity, and work hard to affirm the dignity of all people. Whatever it is you might want to work through, I am convinced that the first place to begin is with someone who continually chooses to see the goodness in who you are and who can help call that forth in your own life and in your own way. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions and relationship counselling. I work with individuals and couples.
I ground my work in evidence based approaches, such Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), sensori-motor psychotherapy, and lifespan integration. I also include mindfulness, internal family systems, psychodynamic and somatic therapies. Mostly, though, I work hard to find the therapeutic style that works best for my clients.
I have had the opportunity to help many people find genuine movement, discover more intimately who they are and what brings them joy, and enter a journey toward wholeness. It would be an honour to walk with you. My counselling style has been described as genuine, empathic, illuminating, and empowering.

Living Room: A Process Therapy Group for adults
This is a confidential, experiential, co-created space where folks can connect, share, and support each other. It’s a place to feel seen, heard, and understood in your humanity. Being witnessed by others in a safe and caring space can be deeply healing; it can ease feelings of isolation and emotional pain. The group will explore how we relate to one another which can offer insights into our relational experiences in other parts of life. By practicing openness and vulnerability, members are encouraged to navigate misunderstandings and conflict together. This process often leads to powerful, healing emotional breakthroughs.
