I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) in Ontario and also a Ph.D. candidate at Saint Paul University, completing my training in Counselling and Spirituality. I draw from various evidence-based therapies, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-based therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
My therapeutic scope includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal issues, personality disorders, grief, and sexuality.
