Do you feel a quiet loneliness, a sense that something is missing even when your life looks fine from the outside? I work with people who feel lost or unsure of their purpose, and much of what we do together is building a stronger sense of who you are so you can connect with others instead of just going through the motions. A lot of that work comes back to intimacy, the kind you have with yourself and the kind you build with the people around you. The world moves fast, but in session we slow down and sink into the simple power of connecting with another person.

I hold the work with a light touch, and I'll follow your curiosity wherever it leads, because I want this to be a space where you can be both who you are right now and the person you're working toward becoming. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, that's the heart of how I work.
