Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable and even scary, especially if you have been carrying so much on your own. Therapy can offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My hope is to create a warm, compassionate, and authentic environment where you feel safe exploring your experiences, reconnecting with yourself, and moving toward healing at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and able to thrive instead of simply getting through each day.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, relationship struggles, low self-worth, and major life transitions. Together, we work toward understanding patterns, building healthier ways of coping and connecting, as well as helping you feel more grounded and empowered.

With 15 years of clinical experience, including supervising other therapists, I offer a collaborative and humanistic approach to therapy. I may integrate Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, IFS, and expressive therapies such as art and drama to support emotional healing, self-understanding, and meaningful, lasting change.
