Together we can rewrite past self-limiting narratives that might keep you feeling stagnant or hopeless, and move toward healing, empowerment, and growth.
I have experience supporting folks with addiction/substance misuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, burnout, gender identity, sexuality, and psychedelic integration & education. I utilize an integrative, holistic, and collaborative counselling approach, with a foundational trauma-informed, feminist, anti-oppressive perspective.
Please note I am currently away on parental leave until spring 2026. Life can be tough, we know this. And yet it can be equally tough to turn to others for support.
