About
Life can be difficult. We all need help sometimes. You may feel overwhelming anxiety, sadness, grief, shame, or you can't stop the flood of negative thoughts. This can affect your sleep, physical & mental health, ability to connect with others, & your ability to focus & learn. You might blame yourself or feel helpless. This can be isolating, feel heavy, & get in the way of living a full, happy, and authentic life, aligned with your values & needs. If you want support with symptoms of anxiety or depression, to meet yourself with compassion & wisdom, build resiliency, & live with more happiness, ease, & connection, please reach out.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual; it's based on cultivating self-compassion & grounded in research, building awareness & mindfulness; it's culturally sensitive. I use various therapeutic methods to work with you & support your needs, eg If you are facing a difficult life transition, a sudden loss, or feeling overwhelmed or fatigued.
I discovered mindfulness, compassion, and yoga in my journey of healing from stressful work & family situations. These approaches have sustained me - with them, I empower clients to learn how to be compassionate to themselves, build awareness, emotional balance, & autonomy. To learn more, reach out for a 15-minute phone consultation or to book a session.
