As a counsellor I offer therapy to the lesbian, gay, bisexual transgendered and straight community. I understand how important it is to to work with someone who understands the culture and lifestyle. I provide counselling to those struggling with past trauma or emotional pain, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, problems coming out, or confusion and pain about sexual or gender identity. I use a variety of of proven counselling and therapy techniques to assist those in the LGBT and straight community to create meaningful and rich lives. As a relationship therapist I help people create healthy and fullfiling relationships.
I also offer Equine Assisted Psychotherapy as a way for my clients to overcome issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction or relationship issues. Horses are wonderful teachers, leaders and healers and are said to mirror our inner lives in a way that leads to greater internal insight and understanding.
