I specialize in providing therapy for trauma & PTSD, as well as relationship counselling for couples using the Gottman Method. Over the past ten years, I have focused on working specifically with military members, veterans, and first responders to provide them with specialized support and therapy. To provide my clients with a variety of options for trauma therapy, I am an EMDR-trained clinician and a certified provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Additionally I have a background in emotion-focused, trauma-informed therapy and training in the Gottman Method for couples.
