I work in a relational way informed by anti-oppressive, humanistic, psychodynamic, and response-based frameworks to meet you where you’re at. I'm deeply committed to therapeutic relationships that empower you to embrace your complexities and remember your wholeness.
Drama therapy uses the healing tools of play and drama, but it's not "acting". We may use objects, toys, or stuffed animals to represent your internal struggles and triumphs. Or perhaps memes, metaphors, roles you play, hats you wear, embodied exercises, or even lines from your favourite shows. Together we'll use creative expression to get out of our heads.
