Hi, I’m Rory, and I’m so glad you’re here! I feel truly privileged to walk alongside children, teenagers, and families through both the struggles and celebrations that define us! My work centers on emotional awareness, using play and art-based techniques to help children and teens explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive environment. I specialize in supporting those facing challenges with neurodiversity (ASD & ADHD), anger, emotional regulation, OCD, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.
I take an eclectic approach, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual. Specifically, I use client-centered methods, including Non-Directive Play Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
