I work with individuals who want to feel better - whether you are suffering from the effects of trauma, childhood abuse, neglect, mental health issues, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, or just not feeling like yourself anymore. Sometimes a new challenge can trigger old wounds and suddenly life seems overwhelming. Together, we can explore where things may have gone off course to equip you with the insight, skills, and motivation to move forward. My approach is eclectic, using body-based interventions that are safe and effective. My belief is that every person has the capacity to heal; No one is broken, and everything is possible.
With training in body-based interventions like EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Inner Relationship Focusing, I can help you develop the self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-acceptance that is the starting point for transformation. Together, we can resolve past trauma(s), and envision new ways of being in the world.
I have immense respect for the coping strategies that so many of us rely on in stressful times, but our true Self, unlimited, can do so much more than cope.
