At Root Nurture Grow Counselling, we are a team of psychotherapists with a passion for supporting our community. If you are looking for support with trauma (sexual, physical, verbal or emotional). Or you are trying to navigate conflicts in your relationship(s), or you want support with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, addictions, grief/loss. You can book a free consultation to see if we are the right fit for you. We offer in person and online sessions, our in person offices are located in Kingston, ON and our online sessions are for clients anywhere in ON and BC.
Our strength is the ability to help a client tune out the noise, and focus on the root of their concerns. We strive to be patient partners in the journey and allow our clients to go at their own pace during the counselling process. We believe that every client is different and deserves their own unique counselling experience.
Here are some examples of the techniques and modalities that we use during our sessions; cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, person centered, family systems/dynamics, humanistic, interpersonal, empathetic listening, trauma focused, narrative therapy, and playtherapy.
