Hi There! My name is Terri De Borger, and I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW). I have over a decade of experience. I specialize in supporting children, youth and adults through various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as Play Therapy. Additionally, I have participated in numerous trainings including CBT, DBT, and Attachment.
