Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, angry, or in unbearable pain due to recent events or past wounds? Whatever the reason, seeking help is a courageous step toward change. It would be an honor to support you on this journey. I have worked with individuals facing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, boundary challenges, relationship and family conflicts, parenting challenges, grief and loss, self-acceptance, racial identity issues, and various forms of trauma, including domestic, childhood, spiritual, and generational trauma. I also support young adults seeking healing and striving to change the trajectory of their lives.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist integrating trauma-informed, strength-based approaches, recognizing the mind-body-soul connection through an anti-oppressive lens. I support mostly women from diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds incorporating EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, IFS and CBT, with Christian counseling available upon request.
