I use an Integrative approach, drawing heavily from Experiential, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioural and Narrative approaches. I incorporate humour and Indigenous spirituality into how I do my work.
Although I am a Marriage & Family Therapist, many of my clients are individual & unmarried couples. I excel at working with highly conflictual couples, chaotic families and individuals with anger management, addictions and/or anxiety. I have spent several years working in: First Nations Communities, Post Secondary Institutes and working in Private Practice.
