In life we sometimes face questions that seem difficult to answer. We might stay focused on thinking through issues that do not have easily found solutions. I help you find paths of healing that are within. I want to help you find the strengths that are there; just currently hidden from view. When we allow your feelings to matter in session solutions become apparent. In my practice no feeling is ever wrong.
I have worked successfully with individuals and couples experiencing stress, grief, anxiety, or difficulty managing anger. I have helped enhance lives through acknowledging feelings and the solutions that present from those feelings. We often have to work on improving listening skills and to a lessor extent how we deliver messages to those who matter.
I want to acknowledge the strength it takes for you to reach out and contact me to begin the process of your healing. I work from a non-judgemental perspective and accept all persons. I have a welcoming disposition in a centrally located office in mid-town Toronto that is not located in a busy medical arts building. This helps to preserve your privacy.
