Welcome- my name is Ron. I work with individuals (adults and teens), couples, and families who are seeking support, healing, mediation, and/or meaningful change in their lives. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Others are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, or stress related to work, identity, or family. No matter what brings you in, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore aspects of your Self, your Relationships, and/or beliefs about your Existence.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I tailor sessions to your unique needs, drawing upon Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, and EMDR. Together, we’ll work to better understand your sense of self, expand levels of awareness, and work towards being the person you want to become.
