I offer individual, couples and family therapy for issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationship issues and life stress. I work with adults and teens. All services meet the ethical guidelines of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
Your sessions will be tailored to your needs and your style. I have a client-centred framework within which I use a variety of methods including Mindfulness, clinical hypnosis and family systems to get to know you and learn how best we can work together.
