Are you overwhelmed by changes or loss in your life? Are you having difficulties in your closest relationships? Are you experiencing deep sadness and loneliness? Are you feeling isolated, confused, or hopeless? You are not alone. I am here to listen and help. Through our work together, you can: enhance your ability to handle stress and uncertainty; identify underlying causes of distress and understand what’s keeping you from being happy; improve your relationships, your life, your career; transform your self-doubt into confidence, courage, and self-worth; and heal the past, acknowledge the present, and look forward to the future.

I have worked in mental health for 20 years, providing psychotherapy to individuals (across the lifespan), families, and groups. I determine with people the therapeutic approach that best suits their needs and ways of learning. My extensive training in EFT, EFFT, EFMT, CBT, IPT, and Mindfulness-Based therapies allows me to customize our therapy sessions.

Therapy is a collaborative partnership and, although I hold a set of expertise, I believe you are the expert in your own life. I start where you are, honour your strengths and your right to self-determination, and wish for you to reach your highest potential. I listen, guide, and work from a practical, compassionate, and non-judgmental perspective.
