About
Are you or someone you know overwhelmed with anxiety, anger, depression, relationship issues, parent/teen conflict, stress at work, or struggles at school. We can help. Greatlife Psychology Centre provides individual, couples and family counseling. To accommodate our clients who go to school or work during the day we offer evening and weekend sessions. Our evening and weekend hours are Monday to Friday 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. We also offer guidance and support via email in between sessions. Using a Cognitive Behavioral approach I focus on helping clients develop coping strategies to deal with anxiety, anger, depression, relationship issues, parent/teen conflict, and stress at work, and school. I also use a Solution Focused Approach to shift the focus from the problems brought to therapy to the possible solutions explored during our sessions.
