Becoming a parent changes everything. Putting everyone else's needs before your own can make you feel lost and burnt out. Balancing family life with work, friendships, and things you enjoy is tough. Learn new strategies to manage the mental load and reconnect with yourself. I offer individual counselling to people experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, interpersonal conflict, and more. Together we can identify your goals and come up with a plan to support you in whatever stage of life you are in. If you have been putting yourself on the back burner now is a great time to reach out.
I support moms and dads like you in feeling like themselves again. Whether you are trying to conceive, expecting, or knee deep into parenthood there is a place for you here. You deserve to feel whole while also being a parent. I am a mom of 4 myself and understand how hard some moments are.
Big life transitions come with a lot of ups and downs. You are not meant to do this alone. Meet with me from the comfort of your own space using convenient phone or video sessions. Dads and moms are welcome! Contact to book a free consultation.
Are you a parent of multiples? I am too! Check out services I offer for parents of twins and triplets.

Therapeutic Book Club for Moms
Join Rochelle at Fireside Haven in Cambridge for group therapy sessions all about motherhood. We will be reading the book Mothershift by Jessie Harrold. This book provides a roadmap for traversing the changes that motherhood brings. Motherhood is so beautiful, but it comes with a lot of change. Many moms feel lost as they say goodbye to the previous version of themselves and learn to embrace their new identity. We will be exploring matrescence and learning how to support our mental health in this turbulent time. Register by May 23, 2025! Group starts May 29, 2025.
