I have had the privilege of listening to clients’ stories in a therapeutic setting for over 10 years. I provide a space where you will experience my gentle facilitation and calm temperament. My goal is to meet you where you are at, as you explore a path that is right for you. My ambition is to help clients to engage with their resiliency, foster personal agency, and become aware of the natural supports within themselves and their lives. Establishing a safe, supportive relationship with clients is my priority. My skill set is well suited to both young people and adults who face anxiety.
I believe that the relationship between a client and myself is the key factor in supporting change. My client centered approach focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship and remaining grounded in the shared humanity between us, which I then couple with my knowledge of evidence based therapeutic interventions. I deeply value the human story.
My practice includes working with a wide range of concerns such as adapting to post secondary education, life transitions, anxiety, relationship issues, and stress management. I accept referrals for individuals who are seeking to make changes in their lives.
