I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering counselling sessions to children, youth, and adults. I work alongside my client through a strengths-based approach, exploring what would help them create growth in their lives. Using my warm personality, experience and humor I aim to create an environment where a client can understand what has brought them to counselling and create change in an authentic way. I specialize in working with adolescents and supporting parents who are struggling with their children through various stages of growth.
My time working in the community as a Child & Youth Care Worker, Support Worker and Youth Counsellor has allowed me to develop a strong skill set when working alongside teens. I enjoy supporting children and youth through adolescence and allowing them a safe place to explore who they are as they grow into individuals.
