I support you through anxiety, depression, PTSD/CPTSD, self-esteem challenges, grief, and life transitions using an integrative, trauma-informed approach. Drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Somatic work, sessions are tailored to help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful, lasting change.
