These are common disordered financial behaviors; not only because we find ourselves in a capitalist society, but also because money can be both a source and a response to trauma.
“Money Mapping Group” is a deep-dive into the experiences and traumas that inform our relationships with money. Combining group workshops and individual therapy, this 14-week course provides the framework to heal scarcity narratives, redefine your relationship with money and move towards financial wellness.
I believe change happens through intentionally held spaces to explore & integrate parts of ourselves that are causing inner tensions. I use IFS to promote cognitive and behavioral transformation by considering distress as part of a larger whole. Through an accepting & supportive environment, IFS helps to regulate emotions and promote lasting change.
