I specialize in helping others by walking with them in the moment, starting from where they are along their path. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families to improve their mental health. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I strive to integrate a number of therapeutic approaches molding my approach to the individual’s needs, preferences, and strengths in achieving their goals on their mental health journey.
The goal is to understand any experiences that may be contributing to your worries and concerns. Therapy can be a powerful tool that aids in improving feelings of: anxiety, sadness, depression, anger, stress, interpersonal and relationship challenges. Therapy can also improve communication skills and help with conflict resolution among many other benefits.
