With 20 years of clinical experience, I provide supportive, therapeutic and professional counselling services to individuals (ages 18+), couples, and families. I specialize in areas of anxiety and depression, interpersonal relationships, grief, trauma, parenting, coping with stress and burnout, adjusting to life changes/ challenges (such as separation/divorce, co-parenting and blended families) and intimate partner violence. Through the therapeutic process we will explore your goals and work together to highlight your strengths, improve coping skills, strengthen self esteem and promote behavior change.
My practice includes a broad variety of clinical approaches including, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy
