My therapeutic approach draws from multiple frameworks to best suit your needs and style. I draw from CBT, CPT, Mindfulness, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). This approach aims to facilitate healthy coping strategies and the development of new, healthy narratives that will help you achieve recovery.
Through acceptance, non-judgement, and even some humour, I will support you through your needs and goals as well as gently challenge you to create new ways of thinking.
