My approach blends relational psychotherapy with somatics, EMDR and creative expression, including mindfulness, movement, and play. I commit to meeting you where you are at with whatever you bring. Working together will be a collaborative exploration adapting to your needs, whether delving into deep trauma or addressing daily challenges and anxieties.
