Are you feeling stuck? Perhaps you are considering making a change, or have a wish to understand yourself and your emotions more fully? I use a collaborative, strengths based and emotion-focused approach to psychotherapy that seeks to help clients move toward their own wellness goals. In my private practice, I work with children, adolescents and adults who experience wide range of relationship, mental health, and emotional challenges.
You can expect a relationally-focused, active, collaborative and evidence-based approach to psychotherapy that pays careful attention to your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in order to help you create the change you'd like to see in your life. I am registered in Nova Scotia (in person and virtual) and New Brunswick (virtual).
I believe that therapy should be a supportive and encouraging space where change can be explored in a validating and affirming manner. If you've decided that change is on the horizon, and you'd like to work together to explore unhelpful patterns in your life, I would be honored to hear from you.
