As a military spouse and former defence analyst, I have the knowledge and lived experience to assist military members, veterans and first responders with issues related to operational stress and their specific workplace and family culture.
My practice is called "Help in Healing", because I work from the premise that the healing journey is a partnership between therapist and client in which I provide assistance, based on study and training, to guide my clients toward a more positive and fulfilling future.
