I have worked in Mental Health for over two decades. My approach is person centered and strength based therapy. As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, I have specialized training and extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused techniques, Trauma Informed Care and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
