A lifetime in dance, music, bodywork & therapy has helped me to come into my own. I've worked through imbalances, holding patterns, developmental & sexual traumas and slowly re-negotiated intense unresolved states of anxiety, depression and grief that were held in my body. I aim to be a support for anyone who is drawn to the path of relational embodiment.
