I work well with people who are dealing with everyday stressors, anxieties, and similar concerns, and as a therapist I think there is a lot of power in showing up as fellow human and being authentic while supporting others. My style is relaxed, approachable, and down-to-earth.
For me, therapy can be both meaningful and totally unpretentious.
