My approach is rooted in connecting with clients not as patients, but as fellow human beings. From this foundation, I provide evidence-based tools to help clients achieve breakthroughs in their self-awareness and ability to overcome obstacles. These tools are rooted in a Narrative/Person-Centred approach to therapy which is relaxed and conversational.
