We are all on a path of healing and discovery that leads, eventually and inevitably, to the realization of our true potential. My practice is based in modern cognitive therapy and the neuroscience of trauma, while always anchored in the wisdom of mindfulness, acceptance and nondual awareness.

I have years of experience working in both hospital settings and residential addiction treatment facilities. I also have specific training and interest in spiritual and existential crises (both religious and non-religious). I focus on addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety and personal growth.

My approach is quite different from other therapists - I have great success helping people change after years of frustration.
