My practice is based in modern cognitive therapy and the neuroscience of trauma, while always anchored in the wisdom of mindfulness, acceptance and nondual awareness.
I have years of experience working in both hospital settings and residential addiction treatment facilities. I also have specific training and interest in spiritual and existential crises (both religious and non-religious). I focus on addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety and personal growth.
My approach is quite different from other therapists - I have great success helping people change after years of frustration.
