I specialize in working with men - men who are going through a life transition (job loss, new job, marriage, divorce, relationship concerns, new business venture, journey of self discovery, and so on), men who sometimes struggle to speak their truth, men who want to better reconcile work with family or work with relationship. In short, I help men live from a place of greater wholeness and connectedness to Self.
I focus on each client's unique needs - and I also push my clients to dig deep and connect with the inner "selves" (the wounded child, the inner bully, and so on) that too often keep them small, keep them from speaking their truth and living from a place of greater authenticity.
I have been engaged in my own "inner work" for many years. And as a man I have also worked hard to speak my truth, be a better partner, stop worrying about pleasing everybody, and so on. I know the particular stresses that men feel and tailor my therapeutic approach accordingly. This maximizes the probability of success in our work together.
