Grief Groups
Our grief-support programs offer compassionate, community-based spaces for individuals and families coping with loss. Journey Through Grief: Touchstones of Hope provides free support for adults, while Heartstrings: A Journey Toward Hope and Healing offers creative, age-appropriate healing for children. Both groups are facilitated by trained mental-health professionals and provide education, reflection, and connection in a supportive group process. Participants are guided to share stories, honour memories, and find comfort in belonging. See our website for upcoming sessions and registration details.
