OCD-Anxiety/Relational Abuse/Burnout/EMDR: You just want situations and people to be less difficult. You already know that your anxiety, phobias, and OCD loops are reflections of what your body is going through. You are navigating the weight of shifting identities, daily pressures, high-functioning burnout, or the deep grief of losing your best support system or never having one. Perhaps you are carrying the fear, silence, and consequences of relational trauma, abuse or coercive control. But you know you are so much more than this. Somewhere along the way, you lost the person You used to be and are tired of walking on eggshells.
My practice bridges modern Western psychotherapy with ancient Eastern healing traditions. The pauses and reflective sentences I use are intentional—to bring the depth out of you and to help you steep into your inner wisdom. Together, we will break away from the fearful thoughts and heavy feelings pulling you down, going entirely at your own pace.
I prefer & offer an absolutely warm, zero-judgment space. We will safely explore the questions together, layer-by-layer, using EMDR, IFS, Trauma-Informed ACT and Somatic Therapy. I am here to invite you to step out of this self-defeating mode, because a part of you already knows this isn't who you really are. Let's connect to be on this journey together.

Groups
Coercive Control, Relational Trauma & Strength
Healing from coercive control and relational trauma often leaves you intellectually understanding what happened, yet feeling like your nervous system is still stuck in survival mode. This intimate, 4-week small group series provides a sanctuary to safely explore the impact of emotional abuse, rebuild your boundaries, and reconnect with your innate strength. We Will Focus On Nervous System Regulation using gentle bottom-up somatic tools, on Reclaiming Identity that often follows long-term emotional abuse and people-pleasing and on Shared Validation. 90-minute sessions, on Fridays (Sessions run from 4:00 PM onwards), 4 participants, $250 per person
