I work with men, women, and children who feel anxious, burnt out, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are neurodivergent or suspect they might be, and feel drained from masking or trying to fit in. I offer a supportive space where your story is heard and your unique way of thinking is respected. Using ACT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Schema Therapy, we work together to unmask, regulate emotions, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Specialising in depression, grief, and anxiety, I draw on Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, ACT, and Play Therapy to help you explore your story, uncover strengths, and rewrite unhelpful narratives.
