Whether you're new to therapy or have been in counselling before, our team works collaboratively - not just for you, but with you. Our counselling centre is home to a diverse team of trauma-specialized therapists who bring deep experience, warmth, and a shared belief that you absolutely can heal. If you’re ready to move toward a version of yourself that feels stronger, calmer, and more connected, we're here to support you.

As a trauma-focused clinic, we place a high value on education and training. Our team members are experienced in therapies such as EMDR, ART and IFS. We know how to safely guide you towards your healing goals. You don’t have to have it all figured out, we’ll walk through it with you together.

At Rising Tides, we offer compassionate, evidence-based approaches that support meaningful change and deeper healing, at your pace. We currently have an MSW student on our team working under the supervision of our owner to provide safe, evidence-based supports to those who may not have financial means to pay for therapy.
