Do you feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, chronic anxiety, depression, or a quiet loss of self? Many adults carry complex trauma (CPTSD), attachment wounds, or generational patterns that show up as self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional numbness, or relational issues. Having navigated multiple life and career transitions across cultures — and as a parent of neurodivergent adult children — I understand identity shifts, resilience, and rebuilding from adversity. I help adults untangle relational trauma, restore self-worth, and move from survival mode toward a life that feels grounded and aligned.

I also support children, youth, and neurodivergent families. With years of school-based experience and training in autism and behavioral science, I understand social-emotional and behavioral challenges. I work collaboratively with parents to create a structured, non-judgmental space where children feel understood, regulated, and supported in their growth.

My approach is integrative and person-centered. I blend psychodynamic insight (to heal root patterns), CBT tools (to manage present symptoms), and strengths-based strategies (to build resilience). I incorporate mindfulness, experiential work, play-based therapy, and creative expression to deepen emotional regulation, self-awareness, and lasting change.
