I use a trauma-informed and culturally attuned bottom-up approach including somatic, mindfulness, and brainspotting therapy. The bottom-up approach suggests that feelings and sensations first appear in the body. The body has the tools to access stuck points and help heal trauma. Together, we will foster safety in the therapeutic space, which can allow for powerful shifts from within.
