I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with a deep commitment to supporting individuals—including queer, trans, and non-binary folks—through trauma, loss, and identity exploration. Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from themselves after long periods of surviving, coping and carrying pain alone. I also support couples who are seeking to deepen emotional bonds, navigate relationship challenges, or repair ruptures. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can reconnect with your truth and begin to feel whole again.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and relational, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Therapy. I also offer clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists and registered RCCs, grounded in anti-oppressive, reflective, and relational frameworks.
I know how much courage it takes to seek support, and I want to honor the strength it takes to begin this journey. If you’ve been carrying life’s challenges alone, you don’t have to anymore. Healing happens in relationship, not isolation, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you reclaim a deeper sense of self, connection, and possibility.
