I am a registered clinical counsellor & a certified clinical trauma professional with an immense passion to assist people in re-discovering their strengths and re-building their identities post-adversity, trauma & loss. Life's hardships might have caused you to experience anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses and endless suffering. Dealing with all these symptoms on a daily basis can affect various areas of your life and take you away from living a life that is internally rich, grounded and fulfilling. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, open & warm space for you to meet your core self and instill joy and hope again within you.
Over the years I have developed my own eclectic approach that is trauma-informed, intersectional & culturally sensitive. My approach encompasses the following therapeutic modalities: Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Somatic work & LENS Neurofeedback. I aim to create a safe, nurturing and compassionate space for you to heal.
