My name is Riley, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently working alongside individuals to help navigate breakups, relationships, sex, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, meaning-making and purpose. I also have experience working with individuals and couples who feel stuck in their sex lives.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate sex, low-desire, desire discrepancy and connecting better to their sexual selves. I also provide support to improve communication around sex. I work to comfort those experiencing anxiety, loneliness and loss of direction. I enjoy working with students who seek routine and more work-life balance.
Taking this step is daunting which is why I create a warm, comforting and non-judgmental space where you can be your genuine self. Change is unique and personal so I focus on listening to my clients to meet them where they are. This time in session is for you and what you choose to do with this time- silence, process, unpack or vent is entirely your choice.
