Hi, I’m Riley. I specialize in helping people through life transitions, especially becoming a new parents. I also enjoy working with individuals and couples navigating relationships. These shifts can bring joy, but also stress, loneliness, and a sense of feeling stuck. I am here to support you through it.
My approach is relational and depth oriented. Together, we will look at the patterns in your life and relationships and uncover what is really at the root of your struggles. Our work will focus on healing, clarity, and meaningful growth.
I bring a trauma informed, diversity aware, and sex positive perspective to therapy, while staying grounded in research.
Each client I work with is unique. Our sessions will not follow a script, they will follow you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and truly seen.
